Dean Koontz Coming To SL!

Second Life | Community: Events

Join us for the premiere of "Authors-In-Second-Life" with Dean Koontz! Mr. Koontz will read from his upcoming hardcover, "The Good Guy", followed by a Q&A.

The primary location for this event is Bantam Dell Book Shop on Sheep Island. The Shelter in Swinside is happy to be an overflow location for this event.

To join the Q&A, you will need to join the group "Bantam Dell Book Cafe". It's an open group to join so you can just type in "Bantam" with no quotes in group search and it should come up.

There will be a raffle for those attending. Join us for this event for your chance to receive a REAL LIFE first edition hardback of "The Good Guy", signed by Dean Koontz. The winners will receive this book at least a week or more before it hits the shelves! In addition to the book raffle there will be various prizes and freebies offered to the attendees.

We look forward to seeing you at the Shelter in Swinside this Thursday.

Comments

Giff posted info on the full event. We'll forgive him for not referring to the correct location as "Shelter in Swinside". Calling it "The Shelter" is close enough for government work, right? Hopefully the title won't confuse folks who are aware of the differences. At least the SLURL is correct :)
