Kaklick The Bug Hunter
blog.SLMusic.org - Jira: LL's Bug reporting database
Kaklick Martin recently posted to the nearly defunct blog.SLMusic.org website and in his entry he alerts us to the whereabouts of the Linden Lab bug database. Kaklick's comments about a few bugs in particular are in response to Astrin Few's open letter to Linden Lab in which Astrin basically threatens to stop using Second Life unless Linden Lab fixes their stability.
I would say that Astrin threatens to leave SL if Linden Lab fails to fix a few specific bugs in a timely manner but that's not really what he says. His letter comes across, to me, as something pretty akin to "here are a few specific bugs that annoy me immensely and should be fixed immediately. Regardless SL is not entirely stable and as such I'm leaving." Hey, I can't blame someone for complaining about the stability of SL at this point. I also can't see someone, even a notable SL personality, being able to steer this large ship any faster because they're becoming unhappy.
Regardless - Kaklick offers one mechanism for the weary. Go to the official bug database and login with your SL identity. Find the bugs that are affecting you and make notes, add votes, etc.
Most of all - try to have fun folks!

We use Jira at work that is hilarious. I got in there and started poking around. I wrote a bunch of reports, so, I know the back end of JIRA pretty well. I wonder if I can change priorities :)
