Mera Comments On Her Blog Stats
MeraTalk - The Purpleness that is Mera Pixel - Site Statistics
I don't currently have access to the stats that Mera's talking about. The one I really want is a zeitgeist - I want to know the search terms used to find my blog. I'm curious what brought people here if only for the humor of it. You know, similar to Mera's last comment regarding pictures of her in the buffinskies. Unfortunately a zeitgeist feature as seen at Google is not a feature of MovableType :(
I've considered adding a visitor counter to my blog sidebar. I either haven't gotten around to it or I'm just too lazy to bother doing it. My AdSense reporting gives me a rough idea of daily hits on the blog at least.
Speaking of Google AdSense - the adverts present when I went to view Mera's entry were:
"Birthday Party Ideas
Celebrate With Your Creative Kids As They Make Their Own Plush Toys."
and
"Fantasy Party Show NYC
Girls Night Out, Bachelorette Party & interactive comedy show in NYC"
I found these to be quite amusing considering the context in which the terms were used in her post. Maybe she'll now get even more mommies looking to throw the best party ever for little Timmy - and they'll have an advert to jump to! Woot, it's a win/win.

Get a google analytics account? Best analytics tool I've used up to now. It's free, and it has that slick 'referring keywords' option. Next meme: how do most people arrive on my blog? ;)

Thanks for the tip, Vint! I have signed up and await the results. Now, let's remember that it's a not-a-meme :) hahaa.
