Brunch
So I went to brunch with BushidoBrown Hightower and Mali Marbles this morning. Yes, "real" life brunch. Out in the big blue room. With the big flaming ball of fire. You remember? Had a great time, they're both fun people. I am now full of french toast happiness. While I was standing outside Renee's in Somerville, waiting for them to arrive, I noticed a Second Life sticker on the phone pole (BB got a picture, which he'll hopefully upload). When they arrived, I checked, and it wasn't any of us that did it. Still, there's over a million SL "rezzies"; sooner or later you're bound to unexpectedly run into one of them at the bar, a party, or, apparently, outside Renee's.
On my way home from the brunch, I thought of something really good to write in here. And do you think I can remember it now? Argh. Check back later, if I remember what it was, I'll post it up here.
I went to rip my White Zombie - Astro-Creep:2000 CD last night, and found my missing Great Big Sea CD inside the case. If you've seen a lonely-looking White Zombie CD (maybe it's at Renee's too?) send it home.

My understanding was that we're now at a bit past 200 thousand. I suppose you could be right that there are millions and LL is just unaware of it. Hmm....

Right you are. Million is what I get for reading the press releases - the bright future described there has a million users. That many at this point might max all the sims. Ever. Even sims no longer running. Even sims on the teen grid. Somehow.

Oh snap, brunch was so on time I can't even explain :) We definitely need to get down with that again soon. BTW -- I pressed Pathfinder about the sticker later on that day. He's not fessin' up to it, but, likely he laid it down :) Ah, and here is a link to the sticker too:
